PEATS RIDGE VOLUNTEER DEPOSIT SYSTEM AND HOW IT WORKS
Due to the success of last year’s Volunteer Programme, we are bringing back the Volunteer Deposit System for 2011. The deposit system works like this:
- All volunteers to buy a volunteer ticket for the Festival which we refund on successful completion of the agreed shifts at the Festival.
- Volunteer tickets are the same price as the adult season pass that’s $334.60 including admin fees. You will receive a refund of $324 to your credit card post Festival.
- The payment of deposits has helped us to attain a group of hard working, honest and reliable individuals who’ve become part of the Peats Ridge Family.
DEPOSIT OPTIONS
- Full amount of $334.60 prior to submitting Volunteer registration form.
- Two instalments of $167.30 each. First $167.30 due prior to submitting Volunteer registration form (use 1st instalment option), second $167.30 due by 1st December (use 2nd instalment option)
HOW TO MAKE YOUR DEPOSIT
If you are registering for the first time, please follow the steps below:
- Read through the Volunteer Agreement (click here to view Volunteer Agreement .pdf) and make sure you agree to all the terms and conditions before continuing with your application.
- Pay your deposit through the Peats Ridge Volunteers page at oztix - to the right. (Payment can be made by credit card only).
- Once you have paid your deposit click on the link below to register your details on Shiftboard.
- OPTION 1: pay the full amount of $334.60
- Once you have paid your deposit you will receive your Volunteer e-ticket. Then, click on the link below to register your details on Shiftboard. See receipt sample below to check which number to send
- OPTION 2: pay the first instalment of $167.30 only
- Once you have paid your deposit you will receive areceipt. Then click on the link below to register your details on Shiftboard. See receipt sample below to check which number to send.
- If you registered as a volunteer in 2009 or 2010, DO NOT REGISTER AGAIN.
- Please send an email to volunteer@peatsridgefestival.com.au with your Payment Order Receipt Number which you will find on your Volunteer e-ticket.
